Voice of a new spring
Rangiku Matsumoto's radio station
Here you can find a list of music samples related to Rangiku and her people. I've also prepared a small blurb for each piece, explaining why I chose it in particular for this site.

OST II: Never Meant to Belong
This instrumental piece was played during Rangiku and Gin's confrontation episode in the anime. The
main melody draws out a sad mood right off the bat, made possible by the use of acoustic piano and minor scale. The
title of this piece is also worth noting: the sentiment that two people who care for each other but
are not meant to be can be heard throughout.
Fuyu no Hanabi "Winter Fireworks" [ view lyrics ]
This is the only official Gin/Rangiku duet we've ever got from Bleach's character song collections. The song
is set up in a way that Gin and Rangiku are talking to each other: Rangiku blames Gin for never letting her
know what he's thinking while Gin brushes her questions off with an ambiguous smile. Very representative
of their relationship in the series, I must say.
Hyo-ri "Front - Back" [ view lyrics ]
I've included this song from Gin's character single in courtesy of my Family
essay: its lyrics were written in a similar way to what I think Gin feels about Rangiku in his heart.
I also like how simple yet catchy the melody is: it's just like Gin's personality, easy-going at first glance
but hard to grasp as you get to know him more.
Ranka "Disarrayed Glory" [ view lyrics ]
Rangiku's seiyuu, Kaya Matsutani, is well-known for her many roles involving women with...
a nice body. You will understand why such is the case after listening to her voice via our small jukebox above: if a woman's
sexy aura can be conveyed by simple use of sound, this must be one of the best examples.

Rangiku: No matter when, you always disappear without telling me where you go. Why?
Gin & Rangiku: That's the only time I think so
Rangiku: Your bad habit
The true smile you show now and then
What do you want to do with me?
Gin & Rangiku: Where do you want to go? What do you want to be?
Rangiku: Are you just afraid of being loved?
Gin: I wish I were caught by you for just a little bit longer. Too bad
Rangiku: I can't believe this
Gin: The day we met shall be your birthday then
It'd be fine if you didn't know the date in the first place, right?
Rangiku: That's what I hate about you
Your bad habit
The resonating words call for (my) tears
Just like the winter fireworks
Gin & Rangiku: Where do you want to go? What do you want to be?
Rangiku: To pick a stray cat up and throw it right away
Gin & Rangiku: If it can't be held, just leave it alone
Rangiku: The end had always been -
Gin: Sorry
Rangiku: What an idiot
Gin & Rangiku: Where do you want to go? What do you want to be?
Rangiku: Are you just afraid of being loved?
Gin: I wish I were caught by you for just a little bit longer. Too bad
Rangiku: You simply won't fix it
Winter fireworks...
I don't mouth what I don't believe
I'm just bad at explaining myself, that's all
That's all...
I don't easily pull my sword
That's why I can't be without a smile most of the time
I just can't...
Any time, any place, I would always speak of my truth
However, it could be different from the bottom of my heart
Could be different...
"Those who compare beauty to love don't know the true shape of love"
Quietly drawing (your) leaking sigh
Drowning into (your) words
What a naive child
Do you actually believe in such fairy tale?
A dream of bubbles, however mad
Bloom in disarray, oh flowers
Dyed by the color of love
Bloom with pride, oh flowers
To live proudly for a beautiful life
"Those who compare monstrosity to love are too vain about love"
Dragging (your) muddy wings along
Were (you) trembling while still drenched in tears?
What a silly child
Let me heal you between my chest
Holding dreams of a rose, fly away
Dance in disarray, oh butterflies
To shine with colors of love
Dance high above, oh butterflies
To live proudly for a beautiful life
"Groan up, Haineko" Chase it away
Disappearing into a blur of shadow
That man's back
Bloom in disarray, oh flowers
Even when life is short
Bloom with pride, oh flowers
To live proudly for a beautiful life
Bloom in disarray, oh flowers
Dyed by the color of love
Bloom with pride, oh flowers
To die proudly for a beautiful life
