Among Rangiku's male friends, a good portion belongs to Division 11: the largest assembly of Gotei 13's war-loving men. They might not be as polite and humorous as Rangiku's other acquaintances, but they're all good boys whom you can fully count on in battle. Not to mention, they're extremely easy to "bully" and tease with words ;)
Renji Abarai is an ex-member of Division 11 and the current Vice Captain of Division 6. Due to his close relations with Kira and Hinamori, Renji became acquainted with Rangiku and is now one of her new drinking buddies. Renji and Rangiku also share a similar position as fashion leaders of Gotei 13: Renji for his humongous collection of goggles and Rangiku for her famous obsession with Japanese kimono.
Ikkaku Madarame and Yumichika Ayasegawa are seated officers of Division 11, both with skills that could easily match any of the Vice Captains out there. Rangiku became friends with them through Yachiru Kusajishi, who's clearly feared by everyone except Captain Zaraki in Division 11 despite her innocent looks. Both Ikkaku and Yumichika were dispatched to the human world recently alongside Rangiku, during which Rangiku regularly brought out Yachiru's name to keep them in good orders.
