girls are power, girls are fun!
The Female Soul Reapers' Association (Shinigami Women's Association, or SWA) plays an important role in Seireitei. Under the supervision of Captain/Vice Captain class directors, each SWA member is responsible for improving (and entertaining!) the life of fellow Soul Reapers through a variety of assignments, from Soul Candy designs to book publishing. With the exception of a few Captains, everyone seems to be willing to help SWA out with their tasks outside of work: who can resist such a big bunch of attractive girls?
Rangiku is one of the executive staff at SWA and gets along with practically everyone. She's also the only person who can talk Captain Hitsugaya into cooperating with certain events, which largely contributes to SWA's stable sales in the artbook department.
